What is required to have the BCM 400 manage phone, emails...

Is it possible to have the BCM 400 manage phone calls, emails, web (chat), and fax messages? If so what is required to make this happen?

First of all

It is possible to manage calls, messaging (getting voicemails to email in .Wav format..etc), faxing in BCM 400.

If you look for a call center setup in which you need daily status or individual agent status tracking it is very well possible.

But I am not sure if chatting is possible using a BCM 400.

Yes

You can manage phone calls and fax messages.

But regarding Email you can use unified messaging to get the voice mails to your mail box but cant use the BCM as a mail server.

And Chatting I don't think its possible.
